Juicy baked apples combined with butter, sugar, and honey with truffles – a dessert that combines simplicity and a luxurious gourmet touch.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg apples
- butter
- refined sugar
- 25 gr of “Tartufino” truffle honey
PREPARATION
Wash the apples, cut them into quarters and remove the cores. Arrange the apple slices in a baking dish, put a little butter on each slice and sprinkle with sugar. Bake the apples at a high temperature for about ten minutes. Towards the end of baking, brush the apple slices with honey and truffles that we have previously heated.
Bake the apples prepared in this way for a few more minutes and serve them warm.
