A delicate appetizer that combines the richness of truffles in the perfect harmony of polenta, cream and cheese, with the freshness of arugula – a true gourmet snack.
INGREDIENTS
- 180 gr polenta with black truffles “Tartufino”
- 1 tbsp olive oil “Tartufino”
- 90 gr Vellutate “Tartufino”
- 30 gr cheese with truffles “Tartufino”
- 5 gr arugula
PREPARATION
Cook the polenta in salted water for 30 – 35 minutes, stirring occasionally. When the polenta is cooked, pour it into a pan and cool.
Cut the cooled polenta into cubes and place on top of half a teaspoon of truffle pâté and a cube of truffle cheese.
Garnish with arugula.
