Juicy turkey meatballs in black truffle sauce – the perfect combination of tender meat and rich truffle sauce, transformed into a gourmet snack that will delight you at first taste.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 g of turkey breast, diced
- 80 g of soy crumbs
- 200 ml of cooking cream
- 50 g of “Tartufino” truffle salsa
- 50 g of chopped black truffles
- 1 egg
- salt, a little breadcrumbs, parsley
PREPARATION
Mix the ground turkey breast with soy crumbs that we have previously soaked in hot water for a few minutes and add the salsa tartufata, egg, salt, pepper, chopped parsley and bread crumbs as needed to obtain a compact mixture. From this mixture, we form walnut-sized balls and fry them in deep oil for a few minutes.
Pour the fried balls with truffle sauce that we obtained from canned chopped black truffles and cooking cream that we boiled for a few minutes.
