Stuffed mushrooms with truffles – a simple yet refined appetizer that combines juicy mushrooms, creamy spreads, and the richness of truffles.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 gr mushrooms
- 60 gr butter with truffles “Tartufino”
- 50 gr Vellutate (pâté with truffles) “Tartufino”
- 50 gr milk spread
- 50 gr chopped black truffles
- cheese, parmesan, parsley
PREPARATION
Choose mushrooms of equal size. Separate the caps from the stems, clean, wash and dry the mushrooms. Place the washed and dried mushroom caps in an oiled pan. Add salt, pepper and a piece of butter with truffles to each cap and bake them. Stuff the baked mushrooms with grated Parmesan, Velluttat and milk spread.
Decorate the stuffed mushrooms with a parsley leaf.
