Creamy pasta enriched with truffles and the perfect blend of butter, pâté and Parmesan – a true Istrian gourmet experience.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 g dried figs, 120 g butter, parmesan cheese
- 40 g truffle butter “Tartufino”
- 40 g Vellutate (truffle pate) “Tartufino”
- 80 g fresh white truffles
- 200 ml cooking cream
PREPARATION
Cook the dry Istrian fuži in salted water for 12-15 minutes. Once cooked, drain and pour into a deep bowl. Add the truffle butter, truffle pâté, butter, cooking cream and Parmesan cheese. Mix all the ingredients well and serve warm.
